Why You Never Had Sleep Paralysis?
Some people feel left out and get upset with the fact they have never experienced this; sometimes once in a life time paranormal event. They must not understand the terror that comes with it; and should appreciate the fact they haven’t experienced the torment as 40% of the population does. I would imagine that the percentage is higher; seeing that most people don’t even talk about it or share it with others because it can be so freakish and anyone would look at you demented that hasn’t experienced it.
It has happened to me pretty much half my life (less than 10 times total) beginning from age 10 to about 22. I would go years without an experience; then have 1 episode in a year then go years without having it. It wasn’t until I was in college and I learned about it in one of my PSYCH courses. My eyes illuminated and was relieved I wasn’t crazy (well I am crazy just not as much as I thought) and that other people have experienced it and it has a medical term to it. What offsets this phenomenon?; the experts in this field don’t even know. They say it is due to stress and lack of sleep.. if that was the case I would be having #SleepParalysis every damn day… in fact all of us would, not just 40% of the population. There is something else involved and although it usually happens when sleeping on your back I have a few occurrences of it happening while sleeping on my side.
After studying and analyzing this mystery for years I have come to spiritual and scientific conclusions (even though I believe the two can not be separated). After interviewing people and evaluating the insights of people who have experienced it I did find a trend. Sleep Paralysis usually occurs in people between the age of 16-25 and they are mostly male. Although it can happen to anyone from anywhere it does seem more apparent in minorities. In fact India is where many of my fans are from second to America, talking to people from there it is almost an epidemic; where it is called eureup-eureup and kelumpuhan tidur. Studies have also shown that it happens more to college students (this is also when I had my most vivid experiences); although people in college tend to be between 18-23; people that age not in college had less experiences.
I have also noticed that it happens to people that are not of Christian faith, and this is where the demon hallucinations come into play. It is something that is genetic (my mother has had experiences) even though you can be the first in your family to encounter it. So the main questions are; what offsets this random occurrence and why does it end when reaching your late 20’s? I studied the Pineal Gland (Very important! Some of our drinking water actually calcifies this gland.. it should be taken care of.. I find Simple Sunsets to have pure #EssentialOils as nutrients for the brain) and the chemical released from it called Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) which is responsible for the hallucinations. I am more than convinced this is an experience that allows you to encounter the spirit world giving proof that there is more to life that meets the eye.
I would not have agreed with the following superstitious religious babel years ago.. but another factor is if you are involved in any cult like practices.. demonic books, ouija boards, Charlatans, occult learning, mystics and magic you are opening the gateway to have these dark hallucinated entities pursue you. So are you in your 30’s and it has never happened to anyone in your family.. then you are most likely free and clear. If you are a 19 year old Indian boy in college and you don’t have a religious belief… you may be what’s next on the devils agenda but hopefully the experience will lead you to religious truth like it did for me…
